These terms govern your use of www.foilsociety.com and purchases from Foil Society, a trading name of Codú Limited, registered in Ireland. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual items may vary slightly, particularly for sealed products where packaging can differ between print runs.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email — this constitutes our acceptance of your offer and forms a binding contract.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by Stripe). All transactions are processed securely — we never handle or store your card details.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Guest checkout is available — no account is required.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
