The value of randomized collectible products depends on the contents being unknown. Once opened — or if there is any indication of tampering — these products lose their original value entirely. For this reason, different product types have different return eligibility:
This policy is consistent with Section 118(6)(b) of the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, which recognises that consumers are liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover return shipping or arrange a collection.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly — either a replacement or full refund including shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hi@foilsociety.com within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
