You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Multi-pack sealed products (ETBs, booster boxes, tins) must be factory-sealed and unopened. Singles must be in the same condition as received. Individual booster packs and mystery products are non-returnable.

Individual booster packs are non-returnable, even if unopened. Due to the randomized nature of the contents and the risk of tampering or resealing, all individual booster pack sales are final. Multi-pack sealed products (ETBs, booster boxes, tins) can be returned within 14 days if factory-sealed and unopened.

Booster packs can be opened, searched, and resealed without visible signs of tampering. Because the value of randomized products depends entirely on the contents being unknown, we cannot verify that a returned pack has not been compromised. This is standard practice across the TCG industry.

NM (Near Mint): minimal to no wear. LP (Lightly Played): minor edge wear or light scratches. MP (Moderately Played): noticeable wear but fully playable. HP (Heavily Played): significant wear, creases, or whitening.

We grade conservatively. If anything, cards tend to be in better condition than listed. We are collectors ourselves and take grading seriously.

Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never see or store your card details.
